Hi all, What sort of experience do members here have with meditational practices? What methods do you use?
Personally, I use methods from the "Golden Butter From The Air" Tibetan monastic order. This includes "inverted counting" to focus the mind whilst in either sitting or standing postures. Since starting to use this method, I've found my ability to focus on tasks and even in general has greatly increased.
So, what do you do?
